Easy to set and long range
This system replaced an older two line Panasonic phone set we had. These new phones were very easy to set (require pairing with base), their range exceeds the older phones and the settings are simple to follow. I like the synchronized ringing: the base sent the ringing simultaneously to all phones thus you hear one ring in the entire house. Speaker phone calls are pretty good although the sound quality is somewhat compromised. Very pleased overall.

The Best of What's Around
I've had Panasonic phones in my house for decades. Whenever I thought of replacing them I'd check the ratings of all phones. Panasonic phones always have the highest ratings. Finally, I replaced my old Panasonic system whose frequency was interfering with my WiFi with this DECT system that operates on a different frequency. So, whatever issues I have I figure my problems would only be worse with someone else's phone system. That being said, I do occasionally drop calls. In fact, probably a little too frequently for my liking. I also wish the system would have the capacity for seven or even eight handsets.

The callblock feature is great
My old Panasonic phones, one by one pooped out. Cordless phones are not positively reviewed. I decided on this phone because it was the least disliked. Setup was easy except for introducing my cell phones to the system. The complaints about the absence of a hold button, and the weird ring are true. What I like is the feature which allows callers to be blocked. I was getting an amazing number of calls (AppleCare) 9 in one day. The call block made quick work of this. This feature alone is great.

Okay product
The phone that is setup in the kitchen doesn't function properly. When it rings I have to hang up, radial the number that called me in order to be heard by the calling party.

Very good battery life on handsets - poor sound quality on bluetooth/base speakerphone
This system has been very reliable, easy to set up, and in general a good purchase. The speakerphone in the base unit is not very good. The voice quality on the Bluetooth is also very poor even when the phones are close to the base. For the price, it is a good value. I have experienced the loss of linkage to the Bluetooth phones that required re-pairing.

Poor Performance
The features of this system are great. I have a base station with the maximum number of handsets. The system often just disconnnects in the middle of having a conversation and you get a quick busy signal. Not sure why this happens but its very annoying. Today I had a call from the base unit and the person I called asked me to call them from another phone. Also the base station is in a downstairs office and the intercom feature breaks up and is not usable. I have purchaed a range extender and will give that a try. I purchased this system November 8 and if I had the ability to send it back I would

I'd buy them again
I've been using Panasonic wireless phones for over 25 years. They are well made. They've survived 6 teenagers. This is the first time I've had a problem with their products. One of the hand set chargers died and I'm not sure how to go about getting a replacement.>>>>> HELP ! please <<<<<

Nice system, but no hold button
My only complaint about this system is that there isn't a HOLD button. You can put someone on hold, but it takes a couple of button pushes to get there - too complicated to be useful. Otherwise I am very happy with the system. I like that we can name each person's phone so it shows on the LCD and helpful for using the intercom feature in our small office.
