This is my quick Ballpark measurement because it is metric. Doesn't matter to me, it just DOESNT FIT. now the hassle of returning. ### ⭐ Echoing the other comment *by L***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 23, 2020* I purchased one of these from the seller's webpage directly. after also finding the RT0701 on the compatible list. It's not even close. This is for 3 1/4 horsepower Makita router. I can only assume seller did not even bother to check before listing RT0701-compatibility and quickly took it down and hoped nobody would complain when he discovered the error.I also sent the seller a collet and collet nut for a Skil 1817 router to check for compatibility with any existing types at my own expense. When seller responded that it didn't fit any existing types and that he would charge hundreds of dollars to design a custom type, I opted instead to buy a new router and existing musclechuck. I was assured that my collet and nut would be sent to me in the package with my purchase. Yeah, that didn't happen either, and my emails on the subject went completely unanswered.The product looks as advertised. I'm going to attempt to machine an adapter for the RT0701 out of 1018 to see if I can even use the musclechuck.
