So Grateful
Our refrigerator, with the exception of the freezer, stopped cooling. We had to throw out all our food. The freezer was actually the temperature of the refrigerator, so we were able to keep a few staples. We bought bags of ice every other day to help keep it cool. We were desperate to find a new one and it HAD to be this model since it is a built in and we don't have the option of creating a larger space without a major remodel. We could not find anyone who would guarantee us a delivery time even 6 weeks out! I finally thought of Amazon and there it was! We ordered and received it within 2 weeks. We were so grateful to have a refrigerator again! Thank you Amazon.

couldn't get doors lined up correctly at first. I wish I had paid for installation. nice for the price though. I like it and so does the wife

Great Refrigerator
It absolutely works great. Also very silent. (Well, except when my wife leaves the door open too long and the alarm goes off! First time I heard it I though we were being raided.) What I disliked about this purchase was I found the same fridge on sale at JC Penneys for $400 less. I refused the first one and took the Penney's one. Total cost was as much as if I'd just kept the first one! Wife thought I was nuts! Principle, people, principle!

Freezing fresh food and tasteless water.
We bought a new fridge in June. Since we have it there is problem freezing food in the fridge.The second problem is when we need water to drink first glass of water has an ugly taste that can not be drink.We bought a new water filter thinking it would be better but is not still same.

Looks nice - but shelves and drawers broke
This fridge looks nice, but the shelves and drawers are made very cheap. Most of them broke within a year, leaving the unit almost unusable as there are no working shelves or drawers to put food on - both inside the fridge and in the door. Replacement parts are expensive. Like $65 per shelf and/or drawer - and almost all of them are broken. Might as well buy a new refrigerator with the price to replace the broken parts.
