do u have 2 spray basket with v fine oil when its a non-stick basket. the food gets sprayed with good oil. surely that's sufficient?

Based on my experience with this air fryer, you should not need to spray any additional oil - non stick basket and drip tray. Intent is to minimise oil content in the food by air frying.

I want the larger model , but it states that there is a newer model but this is the smaller one. Whats the difference between the two apart from size

Buy the 5.5litre model as it allows more to be cooked at once for families, I’m not sure the WiFi version is worth bothering with though as it seems a bit pointless, otherwise I’m really pleased with the unit I bought but still learning although it seems fairly easy to use generally so I would definitely recommend this product!

does it have enough drainage space for fat so the chicken doesn't end up sitting in its own juices

Yes, the fat drains then turns quite solid on the bottom. We have cooked everything in this, it was brilliant over Christmas. Everything you can cook in an oven or grill you can cook in this, its quicker and so much better. It really is great.

Is this Alexa compatible?

My Alexa always says "something went wrong" after giving the Temp, therfore I'd say it's supposed to but I think other kitchen appliances interfere if your Alexa isn't in the kitchen.. But the whole idea of smart is to turn it on in another room or place.
