My children love it.
This such a great product. Bought it for my daughter to help with her cour strengthening and she loves it. Took a few mins to blow up but other than that so far so good.

Great product; bought multiple & still use
I have bought this 3 times; for home, for work and for a coworker. I still have and use both of mine. It comes with a pump making it easy to set up and inflate. I got the largest ball size and I used to sit on it the whole work day. I would say back then I had to add air to it every two weeks or so. It can be pushed in under my desk. I’m not bouncing on it or anything like that. I use it to stretch when I am at home. The only problem I have is my coworkers sitting on it when I get up.

Pretty good
I've had this for a couple of years; when I first got it, put it together and used it for a week or two, and then put it aside and never got back to it until recently. The ball itself is fine; naturally, it does lose air over time. When I returned to using it recently, I had to put more air in. The plugs are pretty hard (very hard, perhaps?) to get out... it's a very good thing I didn't lose the little tool. The weakest part of this is the inflator - I have had the hose pop out at the hose pump by just using it. The other end (that one puts into the ball or ring) is two-parted, and came apart, losing air. The pumping up system could use to be improved. Except for the inflation thing, the ball seems pretty solid and sturdy and does its job. I tend to set too far forward on the ball (maybe I'm afraid of going over backwards), so it feels like it's tipping me forward a lot... I usually have to adjust 2-3 times until I get it right. I assume it's doing what it says... after using it, I can feel my core muscles.my core muscles are

Fantastic once inflated properly
I pulled it out of the box and gave the included little hand pump a try. Holy cow. That was a workout! Both arms were tired and if you stop, the air back- flows. No thanks. I'll save that for inflating balloons. I broke out an air compressor and filled the ball until it looked taught, but not over-filled. I let it sit overnight. The next day I gave it a sit and felt entirely too low to the ground. I put a little more air in it, but was worried about how much air it could take. I have it another sit and it felt much better... so I worked a full day on it. I had to keep reminding myself to straighten up my back. It takes some getting used to. You certainly can't whirl around to see behind you, like you would in a typical office chair... so when I heard my dog outside the door, I had to twist and crane my neck. LOL. After a day on it I decided it still felt a little low for me. I'm 5'6" tall, with a 28.5" desk, so I got the Large 65cm ball as suggested. I broke down and grabbed the instructions, to make sure I didn't over-inflate it. I measured from the floor, up the wall 65cm, made a pencil mark, then took a straight edge and held it out... I definitely had more room to go to inflate it... and I did! It's at about 63cm now, because I don't like to press my luck. I'm up at a good height now, comfortably resting my forearms on the desk, the keyboard is comfortable and I can still put both feet firmly on the floor. I put the ring under the bottom because I don't want to accidentally bust my ashtabula on this thing. It's comfortable. I can work a very full 12 hr day on it. I push it up so 40% of it is under the desk, and I approach it from the side and swing my leg over it like a horse, then plop my arse down. It's sturdy, has a little bouncy bounce to it, but only when you shift your weight or adjust your legs. It retains air well, so far. Another nice thing is that you can grab ahold of the front of your desk, lift your feet up in front of you, and roll forward while arching your back, until your basically laying on your back, over the ball. It gives a great stretch. Overall, I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Surprisingly great chair
I bought as a gift for my weight trainer. I ended up keeping it. I have had back issues for most of my adult life. I use it for my desk chair. I love that it is good for your core and posture. My desk chair was not high enough for me. I can pump up this ball so I sit at the height that is comfortable for me. Great purchase!

Great ball, meh base
Really great quality ball. I’m excited to use it to build up my core due to a weak pelvic floor and help with my degenerative disc disease, which makes it hard to sit while working. I give it three stars for a perfect ball. I give it only three stars because the base is way too big even after following the guidelines of filling it to 80% and then leaving it for a day or two and filling it more to make the ball bigger. Even when I sit on it, flattening it a bit, it still rolls a ton. The ring is just way too big for my liking. I have the size large ball and I hate how much it rolls. I’m gonna buy a plastic ball base instead. I also really could use the extra 2-3 inches in height that you get with a hard base since I am 5 feet tall and my desk at its lowest setting of 28 inches, with a tray that drops down even lower for a keyboard, is still too high. I hope it works out. If not, I at least have it for exercise.

Perfect for senior citizens or those recovering from injury with the sturdy ring base
I’m a huge fan of my Trider exercise balls. I’ve purchased atleast 4 in the last 20 years! Extremely durable & reliable. Every single one has lasted for atleast 5 years with daily use. My father is recovering from back surgery unable to walk without a cane due to nerve impingement. He goes to PT 3x a week. When I flew home to help him with his recovery, I instantly purchased this one & sent to arrive on the day I got off the flight. I wanted to use it while I was there to show him some stretches and exercises and loved that this one came with the stability ring for safety. Let me tell you, with the ring in place, it’s not going anywhere. Happy to report his Physical Therapist showed him some exercises to do with it and he sues it daily now without fear that he will fall off!

Better than a chair
This replaced my office chair and it helps with core strength. Fill it up as much as you can because it will lose some air and it's hard to add more. It sits up as tall as my old chair when fully inflated.

I use this as a seat at my desk. It has caused me to sit correctly, plus it is just SO easy to exercise your hips and core whilst working. I am sure it can be used for many other exercises, but haven’t discovered them yet. Wouldn’t be without it!

Rundum: Klasse Gymnastikball.

It's pity there is only black colour, so I had to order another one from Amazon US.

Sit on it daily. It does encourage you to slouch to focus on not slouching.
