The dropping is very simple to use, unlike the silly bottles (similar to an essential oil bottle) of vitamin d that I had for my infant that would take forever to release a drop. I just put the drops straight into my 3yos mouth but the bottle says that you can also mix it in a drink or bite of applesauce etc. The taste is very berry forward so neither my 3yo or 1yo mind the drops, they actually argue over who gets them first.
