I recently picked up a men's thermal set, and it's been a fantastic addition to my winter wardrobe. The set includes both a top and bottom, made from a soft, breathable material that feels comfortable against the skin. I bought these for my son who is a scaffolder and at this time of year it can be very cold especially early morning. This review is what my son has said about the LAPASA Men’s Thermal Underwear Set. They are warm, lightweight and comfortable to wear. I really noticed the difference in warmth and even took sweatshirt off while my workmates were feeling the cold, unlike me in my cosy thermals! Even though they keep me warm I don't sweat in them. They are hardwearing, as a scaffolder I go through at least 1 work t'shirt every week due to the scaffold poles damaging and ripping the shoulders. My thermal top shows no signs of wear. They wash well and dry quickly. My workmates have asked where I got them because they're impressed with warmth and durability. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them

To start with I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I felt cheated when the size guide was inaccurate and had to return a large for a medium and get charged £5 delivery which was really bad. Would the sizing guide be accurate then 5 stars all day. The material and fit of the medium was perfect : really warm and I thought it was a gimmick but reading other peoples reviews I thought I would give it a go. It’s defo warm when it’s cold outside, then only improvement I would make is perhaps have side pockets on the pants Overall really really happy bar the £5 delivery charge

Very comfy, soft and warm. I like that it's quite loose-fitting, not tight and clingy. No bobbling yet after a few washes. I've bought 3 sets now. Well worth the money.

These are lovely and thick, comfortable to wear and are made from moisture wicking material. They wash and dry very well/quickly, and my husband is happy with them. They're good value and we do recommend. (Got them on sale price)

Reading the reviews I was not sure wether the reviewers were talking about lightweight, medium or heavy weight thermals! I chose the lightweight. Wow! They are great, they fit like a glove and have room to move. Once I had them on I did not want to take them off they are so warm. I use them for work (Enforcement Officer/Traffic Warden) I work on the English/Scottish border as you can imagine it is very cold and windy. Being out all day in freezing temperatures and bitterly cold winds takes its toll on you after 8-9 hours. Since I have had these I am like a new man. I am warm all day and sometimes I don't need my heavy jacket. I have now bought more of them, whats also good is when I finish work if me and the wife go out for a walk or shopping I don't need a coat as I have these under my clothing and stay warm. You can't tell you are wearing them, my only biggest regret is I never bought them sooner.

The base layer has to remove moisture and keep you warm, so too thick a layer will be good for very low temperatures if you move slowly but less good for high energy activity in warm conditions. I went for the 200 or mid weight and it was great for the daily walk in Autumn. My pace is 6k steps an hour so am out for 1 1/2 hours every day and the mid weight (200) was comfortable and warm enough!

I work in a factory and we have no heating, outside temp about 2c inside 6c. My old thermals are getting a bit worn so I purchased 2 sets of these. First off they are comfy and very soft to the touch. As for fitting, they are pretty good in the sizing department, actually they are pretty much perfect, that's the only time in gonna use that word on this review tho. Wearing these did not improve my warmth much but they did manage to regulated the temperature quite well, ie: I didn't get too cold. So the next day I wore my old thermals and these new ones on top. The warmth level was perfect and felt like it stayed within a small temperature range with it being "Not too hot or not too cold" Goldilocks said. So now I wear both and I'm comfortably warm all day every day. Would I but again? Not at £20 a set, they are not worth that amount. Probably only worth around a tenner IMO.
