PROTEAM IS THE BEST, POWERFUL AND QUIET AND COMES WITH A GOOD SIZED POWER CORD. ONLY ISSUE IVE HAD IS TO CHECK THE LATCHES FOR THE HEPA FILTERS BECAUSE THEY HAVE POPPED OFF WHILE USING VACUUM AND HAD TO STOP TO REINSTALL THEM WHICH IS EASY HOWEVER SLOWS YOUR PRODUCTIVITY

It works well, saved me a lot of time cleaning.

I bought this vacuum with high expectations. After only 1 week of use the power nozzle stopped working. Called Pro Team and they assured me that it was covered under warranty and advised me to take it to a repair center. I dropped my vacuum off on Friday received a call on Monday, the repair tech said he found out what the problem was and had already contacted Pro Team to ship the replacement parts and Pro Team denied the warranty claim even after the repair tech said it was of no fault of mine. It took over a week to be delivered and after the part was put on it still didn’t get power to the power nozzle head. At that point they said it needed the entire piece. The repair tech advised me to give Pro Team a call as it was going to cost over $250. After trying to reach a CSR and 5 attempts I finally spoke with someone and she asked me to provide the proof of purchase in which I did promptly. She promised to get back to me by the end of the next day but she did not. 3 days passed and she sent an email saying that as a one time curtesy they would cover it under the warranty. Basically saying they believed it was my fault!! She asked for my shipping address and advised me to pick my vacuum up from the repair tech meaning I would need to replace the parts my self and hope it works. I proved my shipping address on 3/3 and today received another email from the same person at ProTeam asking for it once again. I provided it for the second time and asked for them to rush the shipment but they refused to do so. I am still without my vacuum and it has been at the repair center for almost 1 month now. Very disappointed in ProTeam and will not purchase another one. I have a Tornado back pack vacuum that I have had for 6 years and never had 1 problem with it. I wish Tornado would make a power nozzle head for it. Tornado vacuums are a thicker plastic and are a lot stronger.

The harness for this is great. It's more ergonomic than the 3 quart model. I don't like the hose attachment that I got with it. It doesn't have the L shape where it attaches to the vacuum, but rather just a straigh tip. It is also larger and difficult to attach to the vacuum. I just grabbed the better hose from my 3 quart model. The weight is fine. The full clip closure is better than the swing up or screw shut. Overall if I maintain good posture and were my mirrored glasses to help prevent from bending my neck down to look at the floor, then I have no musculoskeletal pain after work.I deduct 1 star because again these seemed to be designed for XXL people. I have to sinch all straps as tight as they will go and even that isn't enough for the shoulder straps and chest strap. I'm 5'8" 165 pounds and the straps barely fit. It is also very poor design to have the attachments on the hip straps to be set almost on the back of your hips. There is no way to remove and replace on the belt with ease while wearing the vacuum. It takes less time for me to remove the back vac and put the attachments on the belt instead of doing so on the go. The attachment loops should sit more forward.

I'm pleased with the design and efficacy of this unit. However, it took me a while to realize a part was missing, turning out to be the reason the hose bumping the doorway caused the lid with hose attached to come off. The part I ordered, arriving Wednesday is supposed to alleviate the problem. This part wasn't listed on the package contents. I would think it fair for Amazon to credit me the cost of my order arriving Wednesday. Thank you.
