Great product/ Failed Seller
Flavor was excellent, have enjoyed these cakes since I was a kid.The seller on the other hand was a massive failure. They put the box of 6 cakes in a bubble wrap envelope. Needless to say, the cakes arrived crushed. Why the wouldn’t use a box with appropriate packing material is a mystery.......no it’s not, squeeze every nickel rather than do the job correctly!!!

Fresh Product
I was so disappointed with the product received. We were watching the show "How It's Made" when we saw your product and thought they would be delicious. I purchased these cakes and when we received it yesterday the cakes were smashed, stale, no longer fresh, unpleasant to eat, and dry. When you spend $14.99 on six cakes you expect them to be good. We will not purchase your product ever again.

Delicious but Damaged
We were sad to open each cake and find them crushed, probably from bouncing around in transit. I don't know how these are shipped and sold to stores, but when shipped to a home address they are just left to bounce around and get wrecked. So yummy though - a great addition to our Canada Week that we had at home since we had to cancel our trip to Toronto (thanks, coronavirus!). I guess in the States they are kind of like Ring Dings, but with red velvet cake and less of a "plasticy" taste.

Smashed pie
I was so disappointed in this product. Not sure I can blame Vachon Jos Louis though. We watch "How Its Made" here at work on Sunday which gave us the inspiration to get it. When I received it I was so excited to bring it to work. I opened it in front of my co-workers and all 6 pies were smashed beyond recognition. The box was in good shape but the pies look like they had just got off a paint shaking machine. We had to eat them with a spoon. Anyway, Amazon as usual refunded me for the product!!
