I got this with the intention of using it throughout the day under my desk at work. So far so good! Had it for over a week and cycling on average little over 60 mins through out the day. Resistance levels are great, the arm bands nice and strong. I’ll use them more on days the weather doesn’t allow me outside for lunch. I’ll close my office door and do an arm workout. Coworkers are wanting one too! I feel more sturdy and strong on my walks and my butt feels tighter. All around ok thrilled with this purchase!

First this is a great little exercise device for legs, arms, and shoulders. With crappy weather and the flu etc everywhere at the moment, I bought this to be able to do my basic gym workout at home and I can with it. Indeed (and i'm a senior citizen here) the 1 - 8 choices actually give me a leg workout I feel more than my typical gym visit. So why doesn't it have 5 stars from me. Because whether on my artificial hardwood floors or my area rugs, it moves and I have to stop several times to re-adjust -- definitely a pain. So I ordered a rubber mat, one with really good reviews, that will arrive in two days and we'll see. Anyone reading this with any hints how you have dealt with that issues, I'd appreciate knowing hints. Does a rubber mat do it for you? Maybe if summer ever comes around here again it will be better behaved on my deck (with artificial wood, too, so maybe not.)
