This is very compact and easy to use. It’s great for advanced and just starting out. Keeps you on target for getting legs in shape and keeping hips flexible. The breathing tube is an added plus, good lung exercise too!!

### ⭐⭐⭐ Okay for beginners but could be better. A bit too expensive for what it is.

The resistance isn’t adjustable and can slide out of place; the leg section is narrow and uncomfortable, especially when fully extended. Be careful when opening it—the tension is uncontrollable once the binding is cut. The straps for attaching it to / around your legs are too short to use. I am a short 5'1" and while a little heavy, I am NOT fat and they don't fit around my legs. Despite this, it’s a versatile and sturdy little tool for beginners, allowing you to work your thighs, arms, hips, and glutes. The rotating design is nice, but the resistance is moderate, so more experienced users may require a higher level of resistance. The breathing dumbbell is somewhat unusual. I haven’t figured out the point of it yet. It might come in handy for someone who is specifically looking for something like that. The price point is a bit high for this device.
