This helps me in so many ways! I’m 45, perimenopause stage. This keeps me regular, curves my cravings, and all around I feel better! Less bloating. I tried gl-me and it did nothing! There’s no awful taste to the pills. I take two in the morning after I eat breakfast. No bad scents to them. I’d highly recommend trying them.

I've been taking this supplement for over 3 months now and can definitely report that it works! My waistline has shrunk, I've dropped a pants size, and I notice little to no bloating when I used have significant bloating! At first it curbed my appetite down to absolutely nothing, I would go a whole day without eating hardly anything. I didn't love that because I strength train and I can't go without eating but I stuck with it and eventually that was much less extreme! I can definitely vouch for the effectiveness at this point!

So far so good. They make me really thirty but I haven’t had any other side effects. They aren’t huge pills so that’s a plus. They do not taste well if you accidentally bite into one so don’t do that.

Really do your research! I’ve tried berberine before and became violently ill. I decided to give this brand a try thinking maybe it was a coincidence the first time. NOPE! I took this with food (carbs included) I even opened the capsule and dumped some out to make it a smaller dose. Within two hours I was puking! I guess some people tolerate it but not me. It rapidly changes your gut bacteria and can make you very sick.
