I need to talk about these shoes. My story: I have Achilles Tendinitis and a bone spur sticking out the back of my heel. I have been resting, taping, trying to stretch and finally just resolved to have painful surgery to fix this. After seeing another surgeon I was told to give physical therapy a chance first and was also told I dont need to baby it and just go ahead and walk. I tried walking with several pairs of "good shoes" and was limping by the time I got home. Out of sheer desperation I ordered these shoes and MIRACLE!!! I actually put them on, laced them up and by some absolute miracle my left heel does not hurt. I dont know why but it doesnt. I cut notches out of other shoes because it hurt so bad. I actually got in 10,000 steps the first day i wore these shoes. I will say my hips felt twinges of discomfort but that it expected as you realign yourself. I dont even care. If I can WALK and not have my feet aching and screaming with pain I am freakin happy!!I am so grateful to this shoe company for creating a shoe that literally changes my life by enabling me to get out and get the exercise I so desperately need.Regarding sizing. I am normally a size 11 and even with my arch supports in them they dont pinch my toes or hurt my feet. So I would say they are true to size. If you are suffering from foot pain I highly recommend these shoes. They are worth every penny.

These shoes may be the best product I’ve ever purchased at Amazon. I’ve had plantar fasciitis for about 2 months, getting progressively worse. Just walking, much less hiking was painful every step. I’ve had these shoes for 3 days, hiked about 18 miles and today had zero pain in my heel.I used the size guide and went up about a half size. Toe box is plenty wide, arch support is good and overall the shoe gives great stability even on rough trails. So happy toHave finally found shoes that actually help!

Fit is great. I wear an 11 anf fit was perfect. Really helps with my feet pain.

These sneakers provide amazing support! They fit true to size. They provide a slight rocking motion when you walk. Takes a little bit of getting used to, but I love them.

Too small

The fit was just right but it did not do much to alleviate pain. This is a very bulky shoe and honestly not as pretty as I'd hoped. I was willing to overlook this if the pain would be alleviated but it did not do anything more than my usual Nike Air sneakers. I ended up returning them. :-(

They are not kidding about relieving pain. My arthritic knees felt so much better the first time I put these on! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for comfort and support.

These shoes are true to size! I have bad heel pain and I’m a nurse so I am on my feet 12 hrs a day. The heels of the shoes don’t land on the floor with the rest of the foot therefore I thought they would work well for my pain. However, I am still having heel pain it seems as if there was no change for me. Today I put in 12,000 plus steps and my foot was killing me at the end of the day. I do like the way the shoe looks.
