what is the delay to send it to Maryland?

From my recent experience with Amazon.co.uk when I paid extra, it came in 4 days DHL express. Which is very good positive experience for me.

How do you clean the rubber since it is sticky?

It is supposed to be sticky. Helps give spin to the ball. They can be cleaned with a bit of water. See YouTube videos about how.

The blade itself looks great on specs , does anybody now if the rubbers are easily replaceble ?

The type of rubber on this blade is called "JOOLA Micron 48". This rubber cannot be found in the Jolla rubber reference guide, and, therefore, it cannot be purchased, also I was not able to find it anywhere on the net. However, the blade is will still be good, you can peal the rubber off and replace with any other rubber on the market. I've replaced rubbers on this one several times, and it seemed to work very well.
