It charged very fast
I like replacement charger because it works like the follow come charger.

Does not fit 5200
This charger will not fit the Plantronics 5200 (POTE16). The connections look exactly the same (earpiece even looks same), but the 5200 is a little too wide to fit in this charger bay. I wish the product description had mentioned that, but shame on me for not researching better before ordering.
