I just received this yesterday and I love it. It’s lightweight, but seems very well made. Will definitely be playing around with different items on it and inside of it, but for now I have a few items sitting on it that I wanted elevated and not just sitting on the counter. It’s large enough on top to hold a large canister set, but I really don’t want to have to be removing and replacing the canisters every time I use them. As you may be able to see, those are full sized bowls that I have inside ( to give an idea of what it will hold. Our counter/bar separates the kitchen and living room and it was just a blank space against the wall. I looked on Etsy, but just couldn’t justify spending almost $200 for something similar to this. Though $70 is still a bit pricey, I’m pleased with my purchase. It’s a lovely piece and I’m thrilled with the finish, as well as the wire. Almost went with white, but our kitchen and living room is so light colored that I went with black to match the stove and our barstools. I love it. I really do!

The box is rustic with distressed areas. The size is perfect for my area. Love the wired “window” area. There is enough top space to add a little decor.

Nice item it’ll be very useful for me in my kitchen. I had gotten mine on sale and even then I do still think it’s a bit pricey for what it is, but since I’ll be using it often enough, it makes it worth it I guess. I ended up spray painting, the hinges and the handles in a matte black, and it came out really nice. Not that there was anything wrong with the way they looked, it just goes better with my kitchen. The best thing about this is you can use it for anything really, you can use it in a craft room. You can use it to store extra remotes batteries, etc., you can use it in your office. You can decorate in and on top for every season, so lots of options!

When I was unable to locate the Chicken Wire Shelf that went on sale at 75% off at a famous craft store, I found this shelf on Amazon. This shelf was more expensive than the sale price of the other, but I was pleasantly surprised and overall happy with this purchase. I really like that it opens up to one area space to display things, rather than the divided compartments like the other shelf. It is also a little bit shorter than the other shelf, which makes it able to fit in more areas around the house. It also came with different colored handles, to change the look to match your decor. I purchased the Rustic Brown shelf and would recommend.

It is nice looking, but lighter in weight than I thought. I feel the price is way too high for light wood.

I was hesitant to buy this shelf while reading mixed reviews, but after going to the seller’s actual website and contacting them directly about when the blue color might be restocked, I felt more confident that this was coming from a real small business owner. As soon as the blue reappeared, I took a chance, and I’m SO glad that I did. I was trying to find the right shelf to display wooden urns from pets that I’ve lost, and this was exactly what I wanted. It’s honestly perfect. It came fully assembled, it’s lightweight but also very sturdy, it looks like it was built with care, the door magnet closure is secure, the dimensions were exactly as expected, and it even included a second handle in a different color (which I was able to swap out easily using a Phillips head screwdriver). I might end up ordering a second one so that I can put the urns pictured on top here inside and maybe just put collars and paw prints on top (or photos of the pets). But either way, I feel great about ordering from this seller, and if you’re here reading comments while still debating this shelf, don’t hesitate to go for it! You found a gem in a sea of junk.

Very good craftsmanship! Some white paints dropped from the doors, sorry to say I have dismantled the door. The wood also produces weird smell.

I waited weeks before ordering this as I wanted to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I tried out a few different pieces and wish I had just ordered this from the start! It's perfect as a counter display for my coffee and hot chocolate stand in the winter. I am so happy I finally ordered it. It's well worth the cost. Is beautiful and well made. I did change put the handle to give it a more farmhouse look. It comes with 2 handles which is nice but it's the exact same handle, just different colours and it's not the look I wanted. I got the baskets which fit perfectly inside for my coffee and hot chocolate at the dollar store. It also has hooks attached at the back if you choose to hang it instead! Truly a great piece

This piece is absolutely gorgeous! Very well package. Arrived perfectly. Well made. The only thing I personally didn't like was the handle. I thought it didn't suit the ecstatic of the piece. In my opinion the handle looked too Victorian style. So I swapped out the handle for a distressed cast iron handle, which personally for me suits the farmhouse style better.

I love the versatility of the shelf, I put it in my bathroom for storage as I don’t have drawers or counter space, and it looks amazing, the amount of storage it holds is amazing.
