A: The blade length.

**Q: What is the difference between seto i-6 and iseya i-33**
A: The Seto Iseya series of knives have 33 layers of damascus steel. The i-6 is the nakiri style blade, which is the same one I have, which I love btw. Each different style Iseya knife has a different i name, e.g. i-2, i-3, etc. There is no i-33 that I am aware of, I believe that is just referring to the blade layering. These knives are extremely sharp, and the nikiri is superb at chopping vegetables. It is my go to for my food prep.

A: This is a 2 edged knife.
