This bra fits and I wear it daily. Took out the pads and it is more comfortable now. The sides come up high to support the mastectomy damaged nerves and muscles. Back does not seem to ride up. The front is higher cut and there is no cleavage when wearing this bra. If you are going to wear a low cut top, this bra is not made for that. I went down a size when ordering.
