It does require that you go online and research HOW to actually do the exercises. This book just provides the template of exercises you should do with different levels ( 1, 2, 3) which vary in the amount of reps. A great book. Has sets of exercises and each of them will give you a good workout. Doesn't explain how to do the exercises though, only has their names of them and pictures. You would have to learn each from YouTube.

Libro ideal para ejercitar el cuerpo de forma sana y barata en casa si se prefiere. Adaptado a todos los niveles tanto de tiempo como de intensidad. Muy recomendable para empezar gimnasia, quemar grasa y mantener la línea.

Ideale Heim- und Reiseübungen
Buch mit super Übungen die nach Meist nach Filmen benannt sind dadurch einen gewissen Charme haben. Wie im Titel ersichtlich werden keine Geräte benötigt. Die Übungen konzentrieren sich leider meist auf die Rumpfmuskulatur, speziell die Bauchmuskeln. Auf diesen liegt auch der Fokus bei den meisten Übungsblättern. Aber keine Sorge: Rücken, Arme und Beine werden ebenso trainiert, wenn auch nicht in jeder Übung. Jedes Übungsblättern benötigt ca 30 Minuten aufwärts, je nach Intensität. Übungen die schönerweise einen Muskelkater(Burn) Versprechen sind auch entsprechend anstrengend. Jedoch gibt es auch Übungen für Einsteiger und zur Vorbereitung Dehnübungen. Also alles was man braucht um seinen Körper zu stärken. Für das Training zuhause oder auf Reisen der ideale Begleiter!
