Unfortunately it does have a bounce to it and is very annoying if you have a fidgety client.I tried to return it (which the company was great about) but unfortunately was required to arrange my own postage (to Germany!) which was going to cost a lot, therefore I decided to keep it.If you are looking for a lost cost, good looking Beauty couch, it is great.
