Pelpo Adjustable Weight Bench, Folding Weight Lifting Bench, Workout Bench for Home, Incline/Decline Bench for Full Body Workout

1 month update: Still a great bench. No complaints after a month of 3x/week use. Everything from below holds true. Solid, quick setup, folds small, etc. Will try to remember to update in a few months. Impression upon initial setup and first use: This bench feels sturdy; I am using it with dumbbells - currently doing press and incline with 22.5lb in each hand. Feet are adjustable, so no rocking. I am 6’ tall, 175lbs. Height is good; I can have my feet firmly on the ground. Back rest is long enough that my head doesn’t hang off the edge. Pads are comfortable enough. Bench folds up pretty small, and it’s quick to fold or assemble. I would recommend a touch of grease on the threads of the adjuster knobs - for long term ease of use and to control and corrosion that might occur. All bolts came tight from factory (always check just in case). For the price I am quite happy with this bench. Exactly what I wanted for 3-5 workouts/week in my small apartment. I will try to remember to update this review after a few months of use. Edit: 8 months in and still liking this bench. I use it 3x/week every week. Lifting up to 100lbs in dumbbells. Edit/Update: June 2023 and still going strong. Use it regularly

PROS 1. Super easy to set up, and very stable. Just pull out of the box and unfold it. Was using it minutes after it arrived. 2. Excellent addition if you are using apps like Peloton or Fitness+ from home with dumbbells, to not have to do weights, etc, on the floor. 4. I especially like being able to lie stomach down for back exercises, and the preacher pad for curls. I absolutely feel that the stabilization targets specific muscles better. CONS 1. I found some of the positions I wanted to get into a little awkward. All the ones pictured are pretty straight forward, but I was hoping for more support in other ways, and the positioning of some of the parts didn't completely allow for it. 2. Sweat shows really easily, so you definitely want to clean up after each use. Overall, I'm super pleased with the purchase. I've been looking for an easy to stow away, inexpensive, and stable addition to my home gym that can target muscles better and make my workouts more comfortable. Recommended!

I needed an incline bench, for I suffer from occasional vertigo, so I needed a replacement for my flat bench. The instructions state there are two pins included, they are supposed to be different sizes. I received two identical pins as shown in the photo. The pins I received are for locking the foot pads in one of 3 positions. The other pin is to keep the frame from folding up when lifting or moving the bench. This pin should be larger. The smaller pin will work, but it is not a tight enough fit, and it flops around and falls out of position when moving the bench. Rather than contacting customer service I used a standard bolt and wing nut instead of waiting for the correct pin. I had to use a drill to slightly enlarge the two holes for my bolt to fit. I like the way this bench adjusts compared to most others. I don't know how well the spring loaded adjustment knob pins would hold up over time, but I plan to keep it as it is in the photo, so that won't be an issue for me. I also like that I can rotate the foot pads up under the seat and out of the way, for I doubt I will ever use them either. The elastic band/handles are also well made, and a nice addition. I do not plan to use them on the bench, but am going to mount a piece of wood to the wall in our home gym with eye hooks at different height so my wife can use them when working out. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. The bench is well built, and sturdy. It has a high weight capacity which I will never come close to, but between my weight, and the weight I bench press, I would exceed the stated capacities of many of the cheaper weight benches advertised. The only cons are what I stated above concerning the pins and the modification I had to make, but also this company's blatant, shameless attempt to ride the coattails of a very popular fitness brand and app from the name, and especially the logo.

It is a good bench. One of my friends recommended it to me. It is affordable, like 100 bucks, and I used to think I was going to get what I paid for, but guess I was wrong. I sum up a few points, and hopefully, it could be helpful for other people. PROS: extremely stable and easy to set up AND assembly not that heavy to carry around and easy to adjust positions affordable and different workout can be done in this bench CONS: do not like the way manufacturer use staples to fix the leather on the backrest In second thought, what do you expect from a 100 bucks bench? made from real leather? As long as it could do the work for me and stable, there is nothing to worry about.

This bench, so far, is very sturdy. I’m a larger person and this felt very stable while I was using it. Don’t buy it for the resistance bands though. The resistance bands are supposed to loop around the bottom bar of the bench with these straps that connect with Velcro. The Velcro is cheap and not strong at all. I do not understand how the manufacturer thought this Velcro would hold in place while being tugged on for exercise. I also don’t know why the bothered with the Velcro at all. Just make the loops a solid loop of tough fabric and that would have worked fine. Anyway, the beach is great, don’t count on the resistance bands.

Oh my gosh! I just got the weight bench this morning! It's fantastic, everything I wanted and more!! I'd been considering getting another brand bench (which cost more), because both had all the features I wanted, incline, decline, flat bench, pad for arm curls and back extensions, great for ab workouts, etc. But the other one didn't fold, and it wasn't assembled. THIS CAME ASSEMBLED! It's super sturdy, very well made, nice looking, and very functional! They even sent me some attachment straps and bands - a complete surprise! I've tested the bench a bit and already can tell it's perfect! I can't say enough good things! This is well worth the money! I'm in awe! ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!

I was irritated with the first bench I rec'd because there were parts missing so back it went. The replacement arrived and it took me about 25 minutes to put it together. Not difficult however I do not consider it 90% assembled. It is just what I wanted. Not too big and yet it does the job. You can lift do sit-ups and a host of other exercises. The back is adjustable and I also use resistance bands with it. between this and my mat, I can keep in shape (or get into shape) at home. Theinstructions were straighforward. Under security there are a 10 diagrams and I found one very amusing. A person with their dog with an X through it. I actually do not get it. Should the dog not lift weights. -- Good deal on an economical exercise bench!

For the price, this beats out many more expensive benches I've had in the past. I've used it for almost 1.5 years now, several times every week. It still doesn't wobble, and it works just like when I got it. I don't use the preacher pad much. It could be stiffer and more comfortable, but that's the only negative I have. For the price, this bench can't be beat.

I am 220 Lbs and workout with resistance bands. The bench is sturdy. It came already assembled. I had to tighten the screws that hold the pads to the frame since they were a bit loose, something to expect if the package has been shaking a lot during transport. You will need an Allen key, if it happens to you too. Included is a manual, 2 knobs for adjusting, and 2 small resistance bands (thank you for that as it was not mentioned in the description). It folds and unfolds quickly, not like you have to remove pins or screws, just like a folding chair. It doesn't take up space either. The beauty with resistance bands (my own) is that you can put them however you want them. I was shopping for a bench that has a hammer curl pad and leg extension attachment, but I can use this one just as is for leg workout. It's a very reasonable price, I don't feel like I needed to buy something professional grade. In my case, I say it again, I use resistance bands and it does just what I need for a full body workout. I definitely recommend it.
