I was extremely pleased with the customer service. It was like ordering something from a friend. My hat is classic and stylish. Warm and elegant. A timeless piece to my winter wardrobe. All my other hats have taken a back set to this fine product. I highly recommend the product and you could not ask for a better seller to deal with. The seller is a thing of the past that in this day and age we have lost. The seller is concerned only about the satifaction of the customer and knows above all the customer is number one. That is exactly how I felt in this purchase. If only all sellers could learn from this seller how treat a customer. If I had ten head to cover I would buy 9 more hat from this seller. Very well made. The lining is quality material and stitched cleanly into the fur, lacking the unsightly stitches and staples protruding through the fur on cheaper karakul hats of lesser quality. The fur is soft and gorgeous. This hat always turns heads in this sartorial desert in which I reside! Sizing was perfect, thanks to their communications following the order to get exact measurements. Highly recommended.

I just received my Karakul Diplomat hat. It fits very well. In fact, the seller contacted me to confirm my measurements to ensure a good fit. The quality of the fur and the tailoring are top notch. I liked it so much that I ordered an additional hat with a different style. I look forward to wearing both through the cold New England winter.

In the first post they have sent me a smaller product eventhough I warned them about my headsize. They told me to measure the circumference of my head and inform them. I did. Result is the small hat. After that I ordered 5 cm larger hat again, of course paying postal costs again. Hat was fit as I expected. As to product quality : they are good. The hat is very fine.

I bought this as a winter gift for my husband. The seller was meticulous about sizing and wasn't satisfied until I sent the exact size down to a millimetre. I had to wait for a couple of weeks but the end result was perfect. Not only is the hat beautiful, it also fits perfectly. He loved it.I also bought another one from Russian Legacy - the Persian Lamb Ambassador hat and that one fits perfectly as well. Now we just have to wait for the right weather conditions. I would definitely recommend both.
