Excellent quality, plus excellent customer support.
There are a number of very similar LED shop lights on Amazon. It is always a challenge to know which have the best quality and customer support if things go wrong. We bought a box of six of these 8 foot LED shop lights for our 24 foot by 24 foot garage. We use our garage for building projects and auto repair, so the lights needed to be bright. We were prepared to buy twice as many lights if necessary. It wasn't necessary and the garage now has a bright, even light. Installation was easy. Some have complained about the clips being too weak. They are thin metal, but the lights are also very light weight, so using the four clips per light appear to be just fine. This Barrina kit comes with more accessories than many similar LED shop light kits which was very handy. Some have complained that the pigtails for permanent wiring are too short. They are pretty short, but they worked perfectly for our application. We installed 3 rows of 2 lights per row - connecting together the 2 lights in a given row. We used single gang, blue old-work boxes to power each row of lights. To make the perfect face plate, use a coax video face plate with the coax connector removed. The pigtail runs through the center hole with enough room inside to connect it to the Romex. The kit comes with 4 foot power cords that can be used to connect two lights. The cords are higher quality than what we thought that we would get based on the pictures on Amazon. We wanted two foot cords without bunching up the wire for a more clean installation look. It turns out that you can buy these mickey-mouse end type cables (so called because of the three circular connectors) on Amazon in various lengths. We used Amazon ASIN: B077GVTV9Q. Curiously, the 2 foot lengths are not currently shown as they were last week, but the 1 foot, 4 foot, 6 foot and 8 foot are listed. Search for "double end connector for T8 LED integrated LED tube". We also tried another brand of LED shop light that had "twice as many LEDs in double rows" and rated at 120W instead of 72W. We thought that they would be better because we really wanted the brightest light. Turns out that those lights do not live up to the advertising. There are twice as many LEDs, but the LEDs are smaller and the bulbs are no brighter than the Barrina bulbs. Using a Watt meter the other bulbs only drew 68 Watts. Also their color was more blue which isn't what we wanted. These Barrina lights draw exactly 72 Watts as advertised and are a really nice color - not too blue and not too red. However, we couldn't find any indication of UL listing on either brand. One of the Barrina LED lights arrived with a defective pixel. We contacted the seller and they responded amazingly fast - within an hour on the weekend. They went out of their way to make the situation right and exceeded my expectations. Very impressed. We ended up buying another box of six 8 foot lights to put in my son-in-laws woodworking shop. That is perhaps the best indication of how well these lights worked for us. Best lights. Best accessories. Best customer service. We highly recommend these lights from Barrina.

Bright and affordable
Lights are bright and easy to install. One light came damaged, but I contacted customer service and they were very prompt to respond. Should be receiving a replacement.

Cool lights, easy to install, several options.
Couldn't be happier. Light weight, easy to install, options to "daisy chain" lights together and control with one switch, provides interchangeable cables for direct wire or plug into an outlet. And it's like turning on the sun! Exactly what I need as I'm finishing my basement. Cool thing about these lights, they're not going to be the lights I use when that space is finished, but they're going to be very easily removed and will replace the old florescent lights in my garage. I bought the single, then a two pack, and have already recommended to a few friends.

Super bright and easy to install.
Lights are really easy to install, and are really bright. I used 6 of them in my small woodshop (might be overkill, but I like a bright environment when working on details and finish). The lights connect easily and come with everything needed for install. The whole set up can be done in 15-30 minutes. I would recommend buying some cable management / hiding kit to finish the installation, especially if the light set up leaves some "extra" dangling cords. I used this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DM8DFXGL, and it easily held the extra wires when folded.

Bright, lean lighting but do burn out after months of use.
This is the 4th or 5th order of these Barrina units. Overall, very good product. I have them the 4 stars because they do burn out after some time of use. These particular one's have not been used yet, but be aware the ends to connect them are different at one end, unlike past Barrina units that were similar for daisy chaining. I do notice that the newest order shows they are both InterTek and UL approved. Previous one's did not show UL approved, so that may have been part of the issues. I learned to put a date on the back of them so I know when I put them in service so I can see how long a single tube lasts. I do have them in lengths of 4 units in the garage. So could it be the vibration of the garage door opening and closing? Could it be hot and cold weather? Don't know. But for the price, I will continue to replace individual one's that burn out every 5-8 months or so. Last note for woodworkers, the 5000K temp is the optimum color range for woodworkers, not cold white, or warm white... the 5000K is what is always recommended. And they are bright !

Excellent wiring flexibility, good value, but rather harsh light.
The ballast went out in one of the five 16-year-old fluorescent fixtures in my basement workshop, so I decided it was time to upgrade the lighting for that whole section of the shop, and after reading reviews and conferring with a few folks who've already gone through this effort I chose this 6-pack of LED fixtures. I wanted 5000K color temperature because I think it's perfect for woodworking (my fluorescents were 5000k also). The manufacturer rates these at 5500 lumens ... I'm always skeptical of such ratings, but I wanted at least as much light as I had previously. These are 40W fixtures, so 6 fixtures x 40W = 240W total, which compares favorably from a power draw perspective to the 32W x 2 bulbs per fixture x 5 fixtures = 320W I was using before. The 80W difference isn't enough difference for a big ROI (about 7000 hrs to break even at $0.13 / kWh), but at least it's less than before and I'm getting slightly better coverage due to the additional fixture. The provided wiring kit is excellent, allowing for many different configurations ... individual plug in (with integrated switch) ... individual hard-wire ... daisy chain in a solid line (head to tail) ... daisy chain using pre-made pigtails ... or any combination of those. I used the small adapter to connect two lights (#2 and #3 in the third pic) head-to-tail, and used the plug-ins for the others because I already had outlets in the ceiling from my previous installation. Physical installation options are limited, however. Two surface-mount clips are provided for each fixture, which do a very good job of securing the fixtures on a flat surface, but if you want to suspend the fixtures you'll have to get creative because they are extremely lightweight and no suspension hardware is included. After playing with possible mounting locations, I was fortunate to find locations on the ceiling for 5 of the 6 fixtures that would provide lighting in the desired areas without causing harsh shadows from the duct work running down the middle of the shop ceiling. But I needed to drop one of the fixtures (#4 in the third pic) below the duct to properly illuminate the workbench below, so I used pocket screws to secure a couple of 2x4 scraps to the joists and mounted the fixture to the ends of the 2x4s (see second pic). The overall light provided is excellent, a good bit brighter than my old fluorescents (which likely had gradually gotten dimmer over the years). As you likely know, this is very difficult to show in photos ... photo #1 shows one of the LED fixtures next to one of the fluorescent fixtures, and maybe you can get a sense that the single LED tube is at least as bright as the dual-tube fixture next to it. My only real gripe about this lights: there are no diffusers over the LEDs so the light is very harsh (which you can sort of see in the pics) and throws sharp shadows. As such, you'll want to consider that when positioning them if shadows over your work bench (or wherever) are a concern. Overall, I'd give these maybe 4.5 - 4.7 because of the lack of any diffusion, but for the price and ease / flexibility of installation I think they're a very good value and I recommend them. Now I just hope they'll last for at least several years.

Good Overall Attic/Bonus Room Lights
Go these for our unfinished 1/2 story - 2nd story in our barndo. We will eventually finish it but wanted lights that go be for now or later. For the price of the lights and the amount you get, I'm very happy with them. 4 light up an open space of about 1,200 square foot very adequately, ceiling peak at about 10 foot with a 3/12 roof pitch. Slim and overall appealing to the eye. They were very easy to install and the connectors make it very simple to connect all lights, or just a couple lights. Temperature color of the lights is a traditional LED, almost a mix between cool and warm. They are not too heavy duty and the quality seems to be good so far.

Bright, Great Value and Easy to Assemble
In a nutshell - These lights offer an affordable, powerful, easy and energy-efficient lighting solution, especially well-suited for spaces like garages, workshops, and sheds. With straightforward assembly and a high lumen output, these lights are an economical, practical choice for many indoor applications. However, there are a few minor drawbacks that you should consider. Further details.. Each light produces 5000 lumens, has a wide 270-degree angle, and consumes only 40W of power, making it a cost-effective and more durable alternative to traditional fluorescent tubes. They’re also very easy to assemble/install. The lights come with all necessary accessories, including power cords with on/off switches, hardwiring options, and connecting cables that allow for up to six lights to be linked in series. This reduces installation time and effort, making the setup process smooth and hassle-free. They also include some connections with wire splices to make a longer cord, which I did to span the width of my shed so I could link 3 lights on either side with each other. While the lights themselves are fairly sturdy, especially compared to traditional fluorescent tubes, some care should be taken to ensure you don’t bend or twist them overtly, which could break them. Feature Summary Brightness: 5000 lumens per light Power Consumption: 40W per unit Beam Angle: 270 degrees Installation Options: Hardwiring and power cord with on/off switch Connectivity: Easily link up to 6 lights in series Included Accessories: Power cords, hardwiring kits, connecting cables, small connectors, installation manual Final Thoughts Overall, the Barrina LED Shop Light is a reliable, bright, and energy-efficient option that offers excellent value for its price. Its ease of assembly and versatility make it a great choice for various indoor lighting needs. I used them to light up my large tent shed, and it now looks great - day or night, and only took me under 30 minutes to get it all setup. If you need an affordable, easy lighting solution, these LED shop lights are definitely worth considering. They also go on sale occasionally. I was able to pick up a six pack on sale for $99.99 (29% savings) which worked out to $16.67/light which is a great deal!

Good lights, hardwire isn't to code, but mega bright, and lots of options.
I ordered two sets of these. Put one set of six up in my garage, and two strips in my laundry room. The hardwire pigtail they include isn't to Canadian electrical code, so I didn't use it. Ended up putting a single outlet box into the ceiling with two plugs to run two strips of three off the supplied plug leads. This makes them legally temporary lights in case there's ever an issue with a home inspection or whatever. The hardwire is fine, you could marrette it into a standard electrical wall box, but a proper electrician would probably take issue with that. That being said, the lights are good quality, the cables aren't copper but are easy to work with and seem fine for the use case. The lights are incredibly bright. Each strip feels like 100W equivalent or so. The light is just above the 6000k daylight spectrum, but no discernable blue. Makes waxing the car in the garage much easier to see. They've been on at least ~20 hours now over a few days. No flickering, no dead leds, almost cold to the touch. The options included to string them together are really appreciated. Appreciate also they give both a hardwire lead and a plug lead for each individual strip. The two small things I would say don't affect use or quality, but to me the screws they supply are a tad short. I know they hold next to no weight but I swapped them for proper wood screws and anchors where needed. The other thing is the metal brackets they supply feel fairly sharp on the sides. I felt like holding them to stop them spinning while screwing them in, they might slice my fingers if they spun in my hand, so ended up wearing a glove while mounting the brackets. Overall very happy with the product. I'll try and do an edit to this review in six months or a year about how they're fairing. Would buy again so far. Edit after over a year - all strips still going strong, no dead LEDs, thousands of hours on some of the strips. Super impressed, bought another box of them on next prime day in case any ever die.
