I love the natural ingredients and the price is good for the amount you get. ### ⭐ Compromised product and terrible customer service *by M***T on October 22, 2024* I purchased this product 9/2/24 and opened it 10/17/24 (the amazon return window ended 10/10/24). I have purchased this many times before for several years and never had any problems. This time the treats looked shriveled and had a yellow tint (rather than looking beige). Also, as soon as I opened the container, there was a horrible bad cardboard smell (likely there was a defect in the seal of the container). Since this is an expensive product that usually lasts my dog 9 months and I can no longer use this (and the Amazon return window closed), I filled out a form on the company's website voicing my concern. My concern was completely disregarded, and I was told the smell and color were due to a higher fat content in this batch and since it was not past the expiration date, I could feed them to my dog. It was not a difference in odor due to fat content...it was a horrible odor due to a likely packaging defect, and therefore the expiration date was irrelevant because the product had not been properly sealed. I responded to let them know and was completely ignored this time. I will not be buying this product again. I understand that mistakes happen, but take responsibility for those mistakes..don't just brush them off.
