The microwave was an exact replacement, so it matched all the other appliances, i.e. stove, refrigerator, etc. I’d rate it as average.The company however is the best I have ever dealt with!It is easy if the transaction is smooth for a company to be “5 star” but when you have to return the product 2 times due to FedEx damaging the microwave, then it can reveal a company’s true customer support commitment.I’m happy that all of this difficult delivery was handled by Amazon messaging in a timely, efficient, professional manner with the end user clearly as their focus.Sending microwave ovens back and forth does take time but at no time did Interstate Appliance, LLC “panic” and try to blame me, or make excuses or just cancel the order. No, they hung tough, and on the third try, success! I wish I knew the names of all their representatives that worked so hard and in such a timely and friendly manner to deliver my order.They deserve 10 stars. Thank you Interstate Appliance (IA). I am giving Interstate Appliance a 5 star rating based on how they responded promptly to my problem. LG did a horrible job when it came to packaging of my Over the Range Microwave/Convection oven. I received the unit in a beat up falling apart container the was original to LG unit. On opening found two significant dents to both top sides of unit. I had previously found and hired a installer to install my unit. I called him and asked him to determine whether unit was usable. He arrived and pounded dents out on unit somewhat smoothly. Plugged in and found unit was running fine. The dents as delivered would have made installation of unit uninstallable. Contacted Interstate Appliance, on a weekend, and stated problem. On Monday they reached out to me to offer to reimburse me for charge from installer for exam/testing. As the dents will be concealed by adjoining cabinets I accepted offer. Felt that Interstate was responsive to my problem. In fairness I feel that unit damage was due to LG's lousy packaging not Interstate's fault.

The microwave is nice, but for such a huge microwave, the digital panel is minuscule. You pretty much need to be 6 inches away from it in order to actual read the digital screen because the numbers are so very tiny. Very annoying.

Love the combo cook features. My husband uses it every day.

Works a advertised

Received this microwave the first week of December 2015. Major problems were uncovered during the installation process. The rear panel was warped and dented from the factory. Box showed not signs it was crushed or damaged. Also the mounting bracket sent by the LG was the wrong one. Could not mount the microwave with the template provided. It was 1/2 too short, and the mounting tabs require you to lift it over 1/4". One other problem, the clock display is very small. You can't see it clearly from a distance. NO MORE LG PRODUCTS ANYMORE!! It's going back looking at another brand....

First of all, the seller, interstate appliance is amazing. They really went above and beyond to make this right. Highly recommend this company. I will be purchasing a different unit from them. They get 5 stars.I did not get a chance to evaluate the form/functionally of the microwave. This is not a review of the microwave. It is a review of how it arrived, completely mutilated and destroyed.The box showed no visible signs of distress or damage, but the unit was severely damaged. The corner was bent, the frame was smashed in so the door would not close properly. The sensor prevented the unit from activating because it showed the door as being open.After looking at the Amazon reviews as well as the online reviews, this is a very common problem. LG is a Korean brand but the unit is manufactured in China. Not sure but something is happening at the factory or the box/insulation is inadequate. I would probably stay away from this make/model.
