I have the worst type of nasal deviation-S shaped, which essentially means one side of my nasal cavity can get blocked easily. I tried another brand but that was uncomfortable due to the awkward design. With this one it is more flexible and easier to adjust, I don't leave it inserted deeply as partial insertion does the job for me. I use it mostly during night time sleeping and it has supported my breathing. I think the breathing improvement can be as much as 60%. I find this device is better than the nasal strips as they last longer and don't leave any external marks on your nose. I prefer Nasal strips during exercise.

Save your money, this doesn't work. Go to an ENT specialist and get a proper procedure done.

My wife used this product for 2 nights in a row now and it's work! She have different issues of sleeping for many years. She's a mouth breather and her nose not working the way it use to be bcuz of sinuses. Waking up every morning with exhaustion and sometimes her one nostril was blocked and sometimes both. She tried many things such as applying tape on her lips, wrapped her chin just to close the mouth at night, using mouth guard and etc nothing help. She tried the sleeping test at the clinic to see if she has sleep apnea but she wasn't. I did not hear her snoring too. She always complains about waking up many times at night gasping air, her mouth and throat were too dry and in the morning very exhausted and sleepy feeling like not enough sleep. This product seems work for her. First night She use the small size and it work then the 2nd night the medium size also it's work bcuz it's flexible. What She did before inserting the device she use the saline neilmed to rinse her nose then rinse the device with water and slowly inserting in her nose. Next she applied tape on her lips and sometimes chin wrapped. She sleep good at night woke up just fine. No more blockage of her nostril. Hopefully this will last. It might not working for you but for her it's work!

J'ai acheté ce pack d'essai Airmax et le produit est globalement très bon. On sent tout de suite la différence sur le flux d'air, la promesse est tenue à ce niveau-là. ​Cependant, il faut être honnête : porter cela toute la nuit est un peu gênant au départ. C'est un corps étranger dans le nez, donc les premières nuits peuvent être un peu inconfortables et il arrive parfois qu'on l'enlève sans faire exprès en dormant. ​Il faut vraiment se donner quelques jours pour s'y habituer. Une fois la période d'adaptation passée, on l'oublie beaucoup plus facilement et le confort de respiration en vaut la peine. ​Je recommande ce produit, surtout ce pack d'essai qui permet de tester la taille qui nous convient le mieux

Je peux désormais dormir la bouche fermée pour protéger mes dents de la sécheresse buccale et des problématiques liés à cet inconvénient. On ne sent pas ces écarteurs, une fois bien placés, donc on les oublie vite. J'ai un nez très étroit et des narines ultra fines, donc le small me convient parfaitement. J'étais septique mais l'air passe vraiment bien alors que mes narines se bouchaient tout le temps la nuit. Je recommande sérieusement !
