Unfortunately, upon renewal, they do not move the visas to the new passport so you must travel with both the new and old passports when visiting a country that requires a visa. Hence, I was looking for a holder that can accommodate 2 passports. Few holders can actually manage 2 passports and some that do are at 5 times the price of this one. Not only does this holder comfortably hold both passports but since I was just hoping for a modest holder that would handle both passports, I was surprised that it was of such high quality. It is made of a thick, textured leather, has extra slots for cards, cash etc and came with an attractive, form-fitting pouch. The latter me seem like a just a nice touch by the seller but it actually affords additional security as it would keep any items from accidentally falling out of the holder. Every once in a while you make a purchase that exceeds your expectations and this is one of them- an incredibly great value for the price!

I just renewed my passport where my old passport contained a visa that is good for another 8 years. Unfortunately, upon renewal, they do not move the visas to the new passport so you must travel with both the new and old passports when visiting a country that requires a visa.
