Smoked Paprika Trio by La Dalia

All three are delicious, with a good level of smokiness. The hot is definitely hot, and the agridulce may be my new favorite paprika.

You can often tell the quality of a paprika by the color. Most smoked paprika will be a very dark red, smoked too long. This one is a bright fresh red and it has an incredible flavor. It's no wonder it's the brand that Jose Andres recommends!

Seriously, cannot live without this! Smells AMAZING- super smoky which I love. The flavor is great too. I tell everyone about this spice.

The flavor cannot be approached or substituted by any other ingredient, so I’m happy to be able to source smoked paprika online. This brand, La Dalia, is a classic and a sure bet, so I recommend it for authentic flavour.

I loved the variety of the spicy, sweet and bittersweet. Never knew paprika could be more than just a coloring. Only problem is these expired not too long after I received them so be ready to make use out of them right away. I used these in almost every recipe.
