We love the feature that it turns off after everyone is quiet (sleeping) and then turns back on if the babies start to make noise. One charge lasts several days, it's never went dead on us. When charging it has a red LED that turns green after it's charged. The 6 sound options are great, sound decent and are plenty loud, which is amazing considering how small the machine is. We also love how portable it is, we can move it around the house or even take it with us on trips Volume control/power knob feels a little flimsy, but seems to be holding up. Note the babies are breastfed and wake up a couple times a night to eat, we do not use this to hold them off, only to help calm them after nursing and at bed time. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Less than 2 months in and we need to buy a different sound machine *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 5, 2019* Bought this as a Christmas present for our then 3 month old. After just over 1 month of daily use, the machine is on the fritz. We turn it on and sometimes it works, and other times it's completely silent. Turning on and off repeatedly usually fixes it, but sometimes it's picky about the volume and will only play on a certain setting. We like the "womb" setting; however, half the time it's all static and it sounds like there's a loose connection inside.I like that it shuts off and turns on when the baby makes noise, but I wish the noise sensor was more sensitive. Half the time the baby is too awake when it kicks back on. I also wish it had the option to play continuously.Battery life seems good and we liked it while it worked dependably.
