This is my first eraser of this type. I am impressed with the ability to erase very specific areas. The eraser works very well as in compared to gummy erasers and solid erasers. Great for use while drawing. Does what it is supposed to do.

This is one of my favorites! I borrowed one from a friend and had to buy my own. Great for detailed work. Erases the graphite like it was never there. Doesnt tear up the paper. Couldn't do my artwork without it! Worth every penny.

I always pack one of these things around with me because of how versatile and useful they are. So when I lost mine the other day I order another one immediately. And a backup this time. I use them that much. Also bought a ton of refills for it. This is a must-have for any artist, excellent for doing very small detail and even handwriting without making a mess or also erasing things you don’t want erased. Also, it’s super lightweight and easy to do fine detailed erasing with. I don’t know any artist who doesn’t have and use one of these all the time.

I have used this eraser for many years and keep returning to it.I use it with my pan pastels and pastel pencils to lift off highlights and show animal hairs and whiskers.I have used it with pastels on resin doll faceups to provide a very thin line or clean up mistakes.I use it in removing graphite and charcoal for highlights and emphasizing areas.The rubberized eraser is clean and doesn’t pill the paper.I use it when I need to clean up a pencil drawing or to add the white spot to an eye.I have several of these and keep one handy with each of my art supply storage containers such as colored pencils, graphite pencils, pastel pencils, pan pastels, and watercolor draft drawing supplies.I highly recommend this eraser and the rectangular one as well, for anyone using regular pencils, mechanical pencils or other artists.

Good for sketches

Per my wife, these are worth their weight in gold. The erasers are sturdy, the holders are comfortable in the hand and they do a great job in tiny areas without tearing the paper or leaving a mess behind.

This eraser allows me to be more free with sketching because it does such a great job of erasing graphite pencil marks. It does not catch the page when erasing because it is so small an eraser. Have used this type of eraser for years and always have it nearby.
