Buttons are hard to press.
A battery case isn’t really about the buttons, except when it is. The buttons on the side to control the volume and screen turning off (or taking screenshots) are very hard to press. They take a very hard and firm press, every time.Overall the case feels very solid, a little heavy (hard to avoid with any battery case) and is contoured well. I like having the lightning port instead of the awful micro USB most battery cases use.It absolutely does NOT work with wireless (“Qi”) charging.Overall, I like it. But I don’t love it.

Not enough phone protection
The case didn’t come with a top on it to protect the top of the phone. You couldn’t tell by the pictures. Based on that alone I returned it.
