I don’t know how I lived without this. Works like a dream keeping my creases dry and free from sores.

This sprat is brilliant. I've been using it on my invalid husband and the result are really very good. Would recommend to anyone with skin lesions.

I couldn't live without this stuff. My skin is like tissue paper, and hugely tender - a permanent result of several chemo sessions over the last few years. Removing dressings is a nightmare, as it just pulls my skin off and sticks to the wound. This magical stuff is just sprayed on and will gradually let the dressing come free. Previously to finding it I had to soak dressings in warm water for long lengths of time, which is not always easy for awkward places. Very expensive though, but I have to have it. There is a pump version, but the aerosol is far better and easier to use. I won't attach a pic of it in use on a wound, as it's not a pleasant sight.

The product is good and I use it regularly, but the way it was delivered this time was awful. Stuck halfway through the letterbox instead of inside the porch. The result was that half of the package was wet through and very difficult to pull through the letterbox, with half of the box disintergrating in my hands.

My twin boys had very broken skin while in neonatal and thr NHS supplied this. I has been using metanium the last few months, but now that it's no longer available I spent a fortune on every nappy cream to find something that worked. I remembered I had a small bottle of this drom the hospital and it worked amazingly. I applied a thick layer of sudocreme on top once dry (smiling to what we did at the hospital using 3 in 1 with metanium). My twins horrible nappy rash and broken skin was healed in no time. Much more expensive than metanium, but happy I've found something that works!
