I don't like the look of 75% of my hair being Gray. I prefer the opposite, 75% Black and 25% gray. I think it looks odd for an older man to dye his hair all black with an older looking face. Some gray is a more distinguished look. I usually use soft sheen natural black, but decided to give this a try. This coloring worked great for me. I apply it and leave it on for 5-6 mins exactly, this rinse, and i get the look i want. Unfortunately the color only last about 2 weeks. The included conditioner made my hair very soft. I wish i could buy the conditioner itself. Great stuff. I took one star away b/c it doesn't last long.

I purchased this product, it wasn't the same as advertised. I kept it because I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it.

After the design change the product has changed. It now doesn't colour your hair as explqined on the packaging. I asked to return the product for a new 1 but customer service denied the request. I will no longer be using this product.
