Best. Sleep. Ever!
First time taking ashwagandha and I was very pleased. I have a lot of issues staying asleep. I took 2 of these and slept 9 straight hours. I didn't move or get up to visit the bathroom. And this company is very reliable. I won't buy any other vitamins unless I do my research first. They passed the test

They keep me from getting stressed out for sure
I have used these for a long time and have found nothing that works as well. I once could buy at WalMart but they stopped selling them so was happy to find them on Amazon. I order 2 at a time and order again before I run out and will keep them on hand. Only take when I know I need them not every day. Thank you Amazon for carrying them and other things I can no longer get in any stores.

Stress Relief that works
As I have gotten older, my level of stress seems to be much greater and I wanted something to help take the edge off. The stress relief vitamins seem to do just the job.
