I love the amount of IU dosage you get in just one of these softgels/pills. 7,000 IU in just one softgel! And the best part is they are EXTREMELY small! I have seen other vitamin D3s that are about double the size of one of these, and are only 5,000 IUs. Thank you to Life Extension! 95% of the supplements I buy are from them! The only ones I don’t buy from them are the ones they don’t offer, such as magnesium Glycinate. And their new Blue packaging is nice too! :) I am taking 20,000 IUs of D3 daily. I take their 5,000 IU pill mixed with vitamin K and Sea iodine and then 2 of their 7,000 IU D3 pills as well. 5,000 IU + 7,000 + 7,000 = 19,000 so I round up to 20,000.
