Poor old chair.......was used when we bought it in 2017. After two years of the heat not working, I realized Amazon had replacement parts and it may be the remote so I bought a new one and BAM! That was it. Everything worked perfectly for the first time. But a couple weeks ago, it would not recline. I again suspected the remote. Nope. That wasn't it. Then I read the reviews on this junction box. Bought it.....arrived quickly [thank heaven] and was perfect. Like that everything is 'plug and play'. Was easy to install and now the chair works perfectly again. Hubby most pleased, as am I.

My mom has a lift chair that stopped reclining all of a sudden. We thought it was the remote control, so we ordered a new one, but the chair still wasn’t able to recline - it would lift up and the massaging/heat controls still worked, but it wouldn’t recline. After doing some research, we found that the junction box might have gone bad. So, we decided to purchase this and install it. Turns out, the junction box was the issue. This new junction box was easy to install and fixed our problem. The chair began reclining and worked just as it used to. Very happy we found this item!!

Easy to install and it took care of my problem, I replaced the old module, it would no longer retract the chair.

I thought it was the remote controller that was bad when the lift chair did not go down. Even the manual for the chair said this was the problem. Ordered a new remote and did not fix the chair. So I looked up the function box. I read a lot of the reviews and people were saying the same thing that a new remote did not fix the problem. So ordered this function box that matched my box.It worked! I am a 69 yr old woman and I had no problem installing the function box. The price was great also. My husband who is disable is so happy to have his lift chair working again.

It was a simple 1 for 1 replacement.It mounted where my 10 year old controller was.Each connection matchedI considered replying the failed relay, but this was much simpler.
