With cookware, I always prefer to wait a while before reviewing, because it’s not just the first impressions that matter, but how well the item performs over time. With that said, my first impressions were that I had stumbled onto something a lot more luxurious than a humble frying pan. The packaging was very high quality, even down to the packing paper, a whole screwdriver was provided to allow me to screw the handle onto the side, and the whole thing has a pleasing heft to it that made me hopeful that it would withstand repeated use at heat without bowing of the base, which isn’t always guaranteed. The first thing I did was wash it, and I was genuinely surprised to discover I didn’t need to dry the inside of the pan because the water just rolled out of it. It still requires minimal drying because the non-stick coating is just that good. It also impresses with really even heat distribution, which is more important when you use induction than if you have a gas stove. So far, it’s a favourite pan because it just does the job and I don’t have to think about managing around a flaw that’s developed - looking at you, Ninja sauté pan - and it deserves the care I take to hand wash it, even though my husband and son have been happily popping it in the dishwasher with no obvious ill effects. And yes, it is dishwasher safe, but non-stick always lasts longer with careful handwashing. The pan also comes with a lid that fits snugly. The only downside, if it can be called that, is the weight. My experience is that lightweight pans don’t last well on induction hobs, so the weight was a reassurance to me that it might handle that better. But it’s fair to say that I won’t be flipping pancakes in it any time soon: I’ll be doing that more conservatively with a silicon turner to save my wrists. That’s truly the only ‘flaw’ I can find in it, and it’s in excellent condition months after purchase and with regular use. While I accept that frying pans are things that do need replacing more often than saucepans, I’m confident this one has plenty of life in it yet, and I’ll be looking at other pans by the same manufacturer in future.

Sehr gute Pfanne, sie liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist auch nicht zu leicht. Es klebt nichts an, sie hat einen schönen höheren Rand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch die mit gelieferte Anweisung zum Anbringen des Pfannenstiels (!!!) mit tollem Schraubendreher, den man sich bei manchen Schrank gewünscht hätte. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

I’m too embarrassed to mention how many hours I spent researching nonstick cookware sets on Amazon. But I know that the number of hours was into double figures. I loved this set from the very beginning, but I kept thinking there’s no way it can be very good at this price, so I looked and looked and exhausted myself. Finally chose this SENSARTE set. And I’m really really glad I did. The items were packed beautifully and tightly. There was very little assembling to do. I’m someone who gets confused peeling an orange and yet I had no trouble putting the handles onto the pots and pans. I was even amazed at the quality of the screwdriver they enclose for that purpose. So my first impression after getting the handles attached was the this is one beautiful collection of cookware. I don’t cook often. But I cook oven enough to want to use good cookware. What a difference it makes. I might have to buy a toque and apron. Every pot and pan I’ve cooked with so far has been a joy to use. I followed the directions carefully cooked at the proper temperatures, use a bit olive oil each time, and the results were perfect. One last reason that I’ve given this cookware set five stars — and I would give a 10 if I were allowed — is that SENSARTE customer service is world-class. I noticed that there was a tiny imperfection on one of the frying pans. I sent a message to the company via Amazon app. I got an answer within hours. The person who wrote was extremely gracious, asked me to send photos of the frying pan, which I did. They responded, almost instantly, promising that I’d have a replacement fan within a week. I don’t want to be cynical about these things, and skeptical, but I’ve been burned (no pun) enough by dishonorable companies to expect less than the best. But sure enough the pan arrived. Five days later. I haven’t been a bit upset to find the tiny imperfection. These things happen. Even without the pan, the set would’ve been well worth what it cost. But the final result — getting the replacement so quickly and with no hassle — made the experience perfect.

This Sensarte pan by far the best large skillet I have owned. I am not the best cook... but this pan makes it hard to ruin food. It is truly non-stick, and I have not needed much oil to keep the burning at a bare minimum. I have found that my dishes come out WAY better, and I haven't gotten any more experienced at cooking, so I credit the product 100%. The pan comes with a glass lid so you can watch the magic happen, and the set is a nice heavy weight. It has been great with heat distribution... I'm a crazy person who checks every part of my meat with a digital thermometer, and can confirm things cook evenly haha. I try very hard to only use silicone cookware to prevent scratches, scrapes and damage. So far, I have had no issues whatsoever. Because of the non-stick quality, clean up is so quick and easy. I have yet to stand at the sink, scrubbing and cursing at stuck on food. I do recommend hand-washing only instead of using the dishwasher to avoid an early demise of your new pan. I've had mine for about 2 months now, and even after daily use it cooks just as nicely today as it did on day one. I would 10 out of 10 recommend, and plan to purchase again.

Nice pan and the extra depth makes it great for making spaghetti sauce - the reason I bought it. The clear lid fits great and the whole pan isn’t overly heavy although it’s got some heft to it. I had issues with a different pan that claimed to be 'induction ready', but this one works perfectly with my induction stove. Non stick surface works perfectly and cleanup is very easy. I always clean it by hand with just a touch of dish soap and warm water. Even came with a screw driver, to attach the handles, which rivals some of my best tools. Very happy with my purchase.
