Precision has the worst devices and worst service.
Bought this precision pb510 device 6 months back and now it stopped working with 'scanner is not valid'. Its well under warranty. Contacted Amazon and the manufacturer but they just send you go in circles and don't provide any resolution. Precision has the worst customer support ever. Never buy from precision

They are not check whether the item is good conditions or bad..I get a damage product so I have to return it..but who get back my 7 day for this item which was most needy for me 😠😠
