This is one of my favorite GF products EVER. It works great in any orzo dish, but what I use it for most is in soups! It’s especially great in homemade chicken soup; the pasta releases a LOT of starch when you cook it (as most GF pastas do), so adding it uncooked to a soup will allow it to do double duty as pasta and soup thickener. Taste is great, texture is great. I keep this stocked in my cabinet at all times!

Expensive but so good. Half the house is GF and the other half shuns GF foods. We all love this and it’s great to not make two separate meals.

I grew up with orzo pasta and am delighted to find this high quality super tasting GLUTEN FREE! You won't be disappointed.

Excellent flavor and texture for a gluten free version of orzo. I made this for a dinner party and not one person could tell that they were gluten free. Nice and toothsome, and cooks in about the same amount of time as regular orzo pasta.

I loved orzo before I learned I had Celiac disease, so I was glad to find a GF version that had the correct texture.

I was absolutely amazed by this product. It was just like "real" Orzo!! Texture, taste, size...it was perfect! I'm used to gf items being just ok, palatable, weird or even gross. Not this item. It's really Excellent and doesn't turn to mush. My only complaint is the price. Outside of that, it lives up to all the rave reviews. Excellent product for the gluten free folks!

The Orzo pasta is delicious but we had to toss one of the bags out so we only got two instead of three. One was split down the side and spilled out everywhere. Bags are small but the pasta is good!!

Delicious and Al Dente'. The only thing I don't like is the length of time it takes to cook; it's longer than the package time. I get al dente at about 15 minutes.
