i loveee special K cereal but wanted a low sugar alternative to keep a balanced meal. definitely much less sweeter but still really delish!! i paired it with soy milk, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and some peanut butter 🤤 it just absorbed the flavor of it. def recommend, esp for the price!

Bare bones breakfast cereal
This may be exactly what you want. I wanted a high-fiber breakfast cereal that was not terribly filling and would not cause trouble with my A1C level. It’s not big on flavor though. I happy with it.

Good macros & good price
Bought for the Macros. Great price. Added some monkfruit sweetener to sweeten up. Highly recommend for a healthier cereal!

Made Great Bran Muffins!😁
I haven't been able to find organic bran for a long time so I bought these flakes and crushed them in a food processor to use instead. My muffins (a recipe from my first cookbook, Not Just for Vegetarians) came out perfectly. (Fresh from the oven in photo).They tasted great too. I used 1.5 cups of flakes to yield approximately 1 cup of bran for the recipe which makes 12 big muffins. So glad I thought of this!😊 Helpful votes are most appreciated. Good bran flakes with less salt/sugar, lower chance of exposure to glyphosate
Taste okay to me, but I especially like that there is less sodium and sugar than regular bran flakes. Also, there is a lot less risk of glyphosate exposure (because it is organic) so it’s safer for kids.
