We were required to carry basic survival gear, water, and food. This pack was PERFECT and so comfortable that I forgot I had it on for the 4:41 time I was out there! Even when I crashed it stayed put! It was easy to access my snacks in my front pockets and easy to reach the side pockets too - even while moving with poles on! Besides a 2 liter water bladder, I also packed rain pants, rain jacket, wool hooded shirt, wool bottoms, fire starter, head lamp, small flashing red light, map, whistle, a wool hat, buff, glove liners, 3 croissants, 3 goos, 2 energy bars, 2 cookies, a bag of bolts. Love the stretchy cord on the back- so it's possible to add even more items if needed. This is a good and smart design - they really tested this to be sure it fits nicely (adjustable) and is very functional. Love the color too - I wanted to be seen by fast moving snow machines and in case I got lost - its good to be bright. Look forward to using it on long trail runs this summer. I will also be able to carry bear spray in the front pocket- which is important for summer running in Alaska wilderness. Oh and price cannot be beat! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great running pack *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 3, 2019* Great pack for running. I was worried about it bouncing. Happy to report two 10+ mile runs later that it doesn’t bounce at all. Your water will slosh a bit, but if you listen to music, you won’t notice. The straps on the side are also adjustable. Love the pockets in the front. Fits my iPhone XR. The only negative is that the shoulder straps will rub slightly. First time I work a tank top and wouldn’t recommend bare shoulders. I ran with a T-shirt on the second time and had no issues.
