No, it is made in China. Said on the box and also on the body.

Which country is this actually manufactured in please?

I give my answer based on the following product that I bought from Amazon in the UK Nov. 2020. "Tefal Optichef 800W HB643140/870" On the blender main body it says "MADE IN CHINA" So, unlike most of the Tefal products, it is NOT made in France. I am surprised that in the other question the supposedly --Manufacturer-- says: yes, it is made in France!

The instructions say that the small food processor will crush ice but only small amounts at a time and just using the pulse for a couple of seconds at a time.

Can the chopper attachment be used for grinding spices such as coriander seeds or other types of spices into a fine powder?

The chopper attachment needs some liquid in the mixture to be effective.
