Beautiful and functional
Id like to update my review after dealing with customer service. They went above and beyond to handle my situation. The heat level and heat output and good . Comes from the top vs the bottom, keep its away from dust and animal hair. Color options are really cool. You can change the rock color and the flame .the functionality is easy with touch screen and remote that comes with it. You can dim the flame light or shut it off and with option for heater to still run. You can also slow down the flame speed . Comes woth 3 ways to mount it or legs to just set it somewhere. After dealing with customer service id recommend this to family and friends

Worth the money
Shipping was delayed but I think that was a FedEx issue definitely worth the money very satisfied with it hopefully last for years to come

Awesome and sharp looking.
So far i am very happy with how it sets up my tv watching experience downstairs. Would always get so cold but now with this 60 inch wide unit I think I cant wait for the cold to come back. My only complaint would be is the directions leave a lot to be desired but otherwise superb.

Beautiful jus needs higher heat output
Love the look.but wish it'd put off more heat. I have to run the Haus heater first and then I can use this to maintain that heat. For the price I think it added to the beauty in the room jus would like more heat from go. Mines runs quietly
