Must have for anyone with back issues. I've been using this brace for 2 years at the gym lifting weights and the difference from not using a belt is night and day. I would constantly tweak the herniated disk in my back until I started using this brace. I've had no issues since I started wearing this brace every workout. I bought a second one when the velcro on my old brace wore out (about 150 uses). The velcro on the new brace I received is much sturdier and I think will last longer.

I really can not describe how great this item is... I am 38 years old 5'11 270 pounds, I have a herniated disk and my 5th lumbar is off. I could barley sleep after Cleaning my mother's 1 bed apt, and I could rest and sit as long as I needed.. I have now gotten a job as a mechanic AND ALL day I'm changing tires,oils changes etc.. With this back brace on, I have 0 percent the pain I did just cleaning my mother's apt. With way more physical work involved 100times more. Now occasionally I get the siatic nerve pain in the right or left buttocks. But it doesn't last very long. I can not believe, how this works. It's literally like I have a repaired back during the time I wear this. Mind you I have a big belly as well, and the 'XL' size fits perfect in case some one with my height and or similar weight is wondering how this will work or sizing. The 2xl was to big, I had to sent it back, but I had both sizes to try on. And the XL is perfect for my height and weight. Best back brace I've ever tried on. O ya I've been working 10 hour days 2 days straight since this post. 0 back pain!

The Copper Fit X-Back Brace is an excellent product and it assists me in my mobility. When I workout, it steadys my lower back for a productive workout.

I'm 5'9", 165 lbs and I ordered L/XL, this was the recommended size for me, but I should of ordered one size down S/M. This back brace does work great, but I stretch it to its maximum and I still need a bit more tension, this would be resolved with the smaller size because the Velcro reaches it limit. But yes I do some yardwork and low and behold my back is out, I'm walking like an 80 year old man, I put this belt on tight as possible and wear it for several hours and when I take it off my back is better for the most part, if not I just wear it longer, and I walk around straight and proper with no pain while doing so.
