Disclosure. This is a review of a product I was sent for free via Vine. All opinions are my own. This large 450g quantity of organic dried goji berries comes in a large self-seal plastic pouch, which is not compostable. Note the pouch states that the berries are harvested in China, which so a lot of food miles. The berries seemed a lot drier and more chewy than I was anticipating, but I do notice that the product listing does say that you can soak them. Goji berries have lots of health benefits and these are easy to add to my trail mix, overnight oats or porridge. There are a couple of recipe suggestions on the product listing. The price is £12.99 for 450g, which is more expensive than my usual brand. The best before date is 10/10/2026.

Product as advertised.

These are decent quality goji berries and work really well in smoothie bowls. They’ve got that slightly chewy texture with a bit of sweetness, not overly sugary or artificial tasting. I tend to throw a small handful in with yoghurt and fruit, or sprinkle them on top, and they hold up nicely without going mushy straight away. They’re a bit on the dry side if you eat them on their own, so I prefer them mixed into something rather than as a snack. Packaging keeps them fresh enough and they haven’t clumped together. Nothing fancy, just a good, reliable bag that’s easy to use day to day.

These goji berries are plump, chewy, and naturally sweet, making them perfect for snacking or adding to oatmeal and smoothies. I’ve used them daily for two weeks, and they hold up well in baking without losing texture. The resealable bag keeps them fresh, and the organic, non-GMO certification adds peace of mind. One drawback is that a few berries were slightly harder than others, so a quick soak in warm water helps. Ideal for health-conscious snackers who want a high-fibre, antioxidant-rich option.

These come in a good sturdy bag. They really can be eaten as you wish, with breakfasts, desserts or on their own. I like them with over-night oats. The taste is good. The country of origin on the listing is VERY misleading and bordering on false advertising. It say country of origin is Italy. The bag states they are harvested in China then packaged in Italy. So to me the country of origin is China, rather than Italy.

I love adding goji berries into porridge and overnight oats for a bit of variety and texture. These are great, a big bulk bag at a reasonable price. They taste as you'd expect and I love that they are certified organic, it always gives me more confidence when buying from brands I am unfamiliar to know they won't have pesticide/chemical traces on them. I would recommend this bulk bag.
