I was craving for Zenzai(sweet red beans soup) and could not have it unless I had mochi in it.I made them as soon as I received it and it was delicious🩷

Good product, poor packaging and pricing.
The product itself is great and does its job just as expected. My issue is with the packaging and price.I used it to make mochi, which didn’t come out well, though of course the first attempt is never perfect, so I don’t attribute that to the flour.My issues with this product are that1. the boxes weren’t entirely sealed. Prior to opening the boxes, small amounts of flour were already escaping and getting everywhere. I had to transfer the contents to a different container so that flour wouldn’t get everywhere.2. I went to H-Mart shortly after receiving this product and was surprised to find this exact product for a quarter of the price. I don’t hate my purchase, but I definitely believe these were overpriced.

Sourdough lifesaver!
We have been buying this for years for my son's favorite meal, mochiko chicken. I never harnessed its full power until I discovered the magic of using it with sourdough. My loaves now slide out of their bannetons after cold fermenting. I am also able to coat the top to allow any artistic cuttings to shine through beautifully.
