Now that I see what a real commercial unit is like, the difference is night and day - the Lawrence unit is seriously good quality. This comes with both a 2 3/24" and 2 3/8" latch, not one of those cheesy adjustable doodads, and it includes strike plates for both wood (t-strike) and metal (ASA) doorframes, as well as all the mounting hardware you'll need. This just feels more secure than my previous lock, and has a very cool industrial look if that's what you're going for. Well worth the money. I agree with others here that the instructions are confusing - like they were badly translated from another language in some places.
