Great LoRa module for home projects!
So good I bought 2! These are perfect for prototyping any type of radio equipment where you need 915MHz! Using this with my Pi and its small size makes it perfect fit for my use. I also wanted to ability to change antennas for my own use, and it gives me that functionality! A must if you are doing something similar! I feel a bit steep on price, but the quality makes up for it so I don’t feel so bad!

Didn't get it to work with esphome
Tried getting this to work with ESPHome on Home Assistant following numerous online projects, but without success. Not sure all the needed connections are exposed (at least for the esphome framework)

Impressive range
If you know what you’re doing you can get every bit of the advertised range and then some. Using two of these I was sending my own version of text messaging over two miles apart, never skipped a beat. I was so impressed I ordered the 30db version too.

Useless with esp32 sx1726 915mhz Lora board
I am giving this 3 stars because I have no idea if it works or not. Seems to be useless communicating with an ESP32 915mhz sx1276 Lora board (the Heltec one). Tried their one example and the default Radiohead, and LMIC. I cannot find a sketch for this antenna to use with Lora.h. Also tried to mod sketches to use a matching preamble, spread, bandwidth, text power, freq, all no go. I tried this as both the server and the client. There’s no support. Unless all your radios are the same, or they improve their customer support other than replying - "read the manual", which i did and still get get to work... I wouldn’t bother wasting your time.

Good product
3.3v Rx and Tx logic only but will accept 5v on VCC though. I used mine with M0, M1 for dynamic mode switching and AUX pin to wake up my controller for battery save. Everything works as it should. Distance isnt quite as listed but i expected that.

Something doesn't make sense
I'm looking at the E32-915T20D user manual v1.6 from EBYTE dated 2020-40-13. This should be the controlling documentation for this module used in the Gowoops radio. I'm a professional engineer quite familiar with technical data sheets. To say that this is 'a joke' is to lend a possibility of pleasure where none should appear. On page 15 in the section 7.5 Parameter Setting Command it gives Air Data Rates (bps) from 0.3k to 19.2k. These correspond to nothing in any LoRa standard but in fact are just common UART data rates. This unit is useless unless someone can provide accurate information on its configuration.
