Perfect oil for my hot rod! Add a bottle of zinc and you get great low temp flow as well as good heat protection. As a 0W it flows quickly for good start up protection and the 40W means I get good protection as temps rise. My car has a flat tappet hydraulic cam so I add a bottle of zinc. Has worked great!

Yes, I know what the label says. “European Car Formula.” Yes, I put it in a 2002 Subaru WRX bugeye with an EJ257 block and EJ205 heads. And yes—this oil absolutely slaps. This is a top quality brand at an excellent price. When I compared with my local automobile stores, this is a clear winner price wise. The delivery was prompt, and Amazon offers a free return if it’s needed. While I like to support local businesses, all the local auto parts stores are franchises and it’s hard for me to justify the price difference unless I need it immediately. In this case, I was happy to wait a couple of days for this product to arrive, and since my car takes 8 1/2 quarts I’m happy to save the extra money. Mobile one is obviously one of the world‘s top brands for motor oils, you could easily do your own research. Because I have Mercedes vehicles this is the factory recommended brand.

Mobil 1 is the frontrunner in engine oil products, and I have been using this for my European cars for years. The mileage and fit for engine protection is what you would expect. The quality is high and the performance on my car is clearly obvious with a smooth operation. The mileage coverage is great and listed over 10,000 miles but I usually change it by then and within a year.
