Slackboard cards and pole
Easy to understand cards to help create stability workouts with Slackboard. The training pole is helpful. Made of pvc that I wish was a little sturdier.

Would recommend
Cannot comment on long term use as I have just begun the journey with my board, but the cards are very helpful and easy to understand various movements to use.

Easy to use! No extra thinking required
Lots of fun and takes the planning out of it. Flip the card and complete the movement!
